Read the picture before you tap, and keep room on the loop for the color you are still collecting.

Get in touch
Email velvet_rogue_5@proton.me, or open an issue in the public issue tracker if you prefer. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive information.
Please include your app version, device model, operating-system version, the level number, and a short description of the problem. A screenshot or screen recording helps a lot when the issue involves the board layout, the conveyor loop, an animation, or a crash. We reply from the address above; nothing is collected from the app itself, so the details you send are all we have to work with.
The loop filled up and I could not continue: the capacity meter above the loop shows how much room is left and warns you when it is nearly full. Gems only leave the loop when a whole color is complete, so collect one color at a time instead of tapping every group you see. If you reach a dead end, the dialog lets you restart the level or return to the level map.
I cannot see the gems on a large board: from level two onward you can pinch to zoom and drag to pan the board. Later levels use larger and more complex layouts.
A level does not match a previous installation: the app can securely download an updated level pack from Firebase Hosting. Downloaded packs are validated and used only after a successful update.
The levels look different from my other device: both platforms use the same campaign, but one device may have a newer cached level pack. Progress remains per-device because there is no cloud save.
My progress disappeared: progress is stored only on your device. Deleting the app on iOS, or clearing app data on Android, removes it permanently. There is no cloud save, so we cannot restore it.
Sound or vibration is missing: check the music, sound, and vibration switches in the in-game settings panel, then check your device volume, silent mode, and system vibration settings.
Does the game contain ads? Yes. Ads are what keep it free: a banner during play, an interstitial after some level results screens, and rewarded ads you choose to watch for extra conveyor space. Rewarded ads are never required — every level can be finished without watching one.
A rewarded ad will not load: ad availability depends on the networks, so there is not always one to show. Check your connection and try again in a minute. If the reward did not arrive after you watched a full ad, tell us the level and roughly when it happened.
I want fewer personalized ads: on iOS, turn tracking off in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, delete or reset the advertising ID and opt out of ad personalization in Settings → Privacy → Ads. You will still see ads, but they will be less targeted, and nothing in the game is restricted.
An ad seems inappropriate or will not close: send us a screenshot with the time and, if you can see it, the advertiser's name. We pass these to the ad network, which controls what is shown.
The current build contains no in-app purchases on either platform, so there is nothing to buy and nothing to refund. If purchases are offered in a future version, they will be processed by the store you downloaded the game from, and billing questions should go to Apple's purchase support or Google Play refund help. Never send us full payment-card details.
Your progress stays on your device, but the ad-supported version does send device and usage information to advertising, attribution, and analytics partners. Both policies list exactly what, to whom, and how to limit it. Read the iOS Privacy Policy or the Android Privacy Policy.
