Mosaic Loop Android Terms

These terms govern your use of Mosaic Loop on Android. By downloading or using the game, you agree to these terms and to any mandatory terms that apply through Google Play.

Effective date: August 28, 2026

Platform iOS Android

No Account

The current Android version does not require an account or player login.

Local Progress

Progress is stored on your device and is lost if you clear app data or uninstall.

Free, With Ads

Nothing is for sale. The game is paid for by banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded ads.

1. License

Mosaic Loop is licensed, not sold. Subject to these terms and applicable Google Play terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Android app for non-commercial entertainment on compatible devices that you own or control.

2. Google Play

Your download, installation, updates, and use of Google Play are also governed by the Google Play Terms of Service and other applicable Google policies. If these terms conflict with mandatory Google Play terms, the Google Play terms apply to the extent required.

3. No Account and Local Saves

The current Android version does not require an account. Your level progress, the state of an unfinished board, the tutorial flag, and your music, sound, and vibration settings are stored locally on your device. Local progress may be lost if you clear the app's data or storage, uninstall the app, reset or replace your device, or if local data becomes unavailable. Mosaic Loop provides no cloud save and no cross-device restoration, and we cannot recover lost progress for you. A copy of the local save may be included in the Android backup made to your own Google account, which is controlled by your device settings, not by us.

4. Current Features

Mosaic Loop is a single-player puzzle game. The current Android version includes a 1,000-level mosaic campaign, grouped gem tapping, the conveyor loop with a capacity meter and overflow warning, board refills, a dead-end dialog that lets you restart the level or return to the level map, pinch-zoom and pan on the board from level two onward, completion and results animations, and music, sound, and vibration settings.

The current version does not include account login, player-to-player communication, user-generated content, cloud saves, or in-app purchases. It does show advertising: a banner during gameplay, an interstitial after some level results screens, and an optional rewarded ad you start yourself to gain extra conveyor space. The game uses the internet to fetch validated level-data updates, to load ads, and to report installs and gameplay events. What that involves is described in the Android Privacy Policy.

5. Future In-App Purchases

The current build contains no in-app purchases and does not integrate Google Play Billing. If a future release offers optional purchases, prices and availability will be shown by Google Play before purchase, and Google will process payment and provide applicable refund tools.

Any virtual items offered in the future would have no cash value, would not be transferable outside the game, and would be licensed only for use within Mosaic Loop. This page will be updated before any purchase processing is released.

5a. Advertising

Mosaic Loop is free because it shows advertising. By using the game you accept that ads will be displayed, including a banner during play and an interstitial after some levels. Rewarded ads are always optional: you choose to start one, and every level can be completed without watching any.

Ads come from third-party networks through AppLovin MAX. We do not create, review, or endorse the ads themselves and are not responsible for the products, services, or websites they promote, or for what happens if you interact with them. If an ad seems inappropriate or broken, tell us and we will report it to the network. Interfering with ad delivery — blocking, spoofing, automating, or otherwise generating invalid ad traffic — is a breach of these terms.

What the advertising and measurement partners receive, and the choices you have, are set out in the Android Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • copy, modify, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app or its content;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits it;
  • use bots, automation, modified clients, or unauthorized tools to manipulate progress or device saves;
  • interfere with the app, platform services, security, or normal operation; or
  • use Mosaic Loop in a way that violates law, third-party rights, Google Play policies, or these terms.

7. Third-Party Services

App distribution and updates are provided by Google Play under its own terms, and Google Firebase Hosting delivers level-data updates. The game also bundles third-party advertising, attribution, and analytics SDKs — AppLovin MAX and the networks it mediates, AppsFlyer, and the Meta SDK. Each operates under its own terms and privacy policy, which are linked from the Android Privacy Policy.

8. Privacy

Your use of Mosaic Loop is also governed by the Android Privacy Policy, which explains on-device saves, the internet permission used for level delivery, Android Backup, retention, and how to make a privacy request.

9. Intellectual Property

Mosaic Loop, including its game design, software, text, artwork, levels, audio, logos, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the app or its content to you.

10. Updates and Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features, levels, or support for a device or Android version. Level content may differ between the Android and iOS versions of the game and may change in an update. Updates may be required for continued use. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mosaic Loop is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation, or that local progress will never be lost. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of Mosaic Loop. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed in your jurisdiction and does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

13. Termination

Your license ends if you materially violate these terms. You may stop using Mosaic Loop at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will continue to apply.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when the game, platform rules, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
