No Account

You can play without signup. We do not require a name, email address, phone number, or login credentials.

Local Saves

Levels, coins, lives, tools, and settings are stored on your device.

Analytics, Attribution & Diagnostics

Gameplay, campaign, ad-revenue, and technical events help us measure and improve the app.

Advertising

The current release may show interstitial and user-initiated rewarded ads. Where required, a consent message is shown before measurement and advertising initialization. Banner ads are currently disabled.

In-App Purchases

The iOS release may offer optional purchases of virtual items or other game content. Apple processes payment through the App Store; we do not receive your full payment-card details.

Information You Provide

The game does not require account information. If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, device details, screenshots, or description of an issue.

Information Processed Automatically

App activity: app launches, sessions, tutorial progress, level starts and completions, feature interactions, and ad lifecycle events.

App and device information: app version, operating system version, device model, screen size, language, time zone, country or region derived from locale settings or network information, and network state.

Diagnostics: crash reports, performance information, and technical logs used to investigate errors and improve stability.

Identifiers: a stable anonymous in-app installation identifier (CUID), the Apple identifier for vendor (IDFV), Firebase installation or app-instance identifiers, AppsFlyer ID, Meta SDK anonymous ID, AppLovin or other SDK identifiers, and the Apple advertising identifier (IDFA) only when available and permitted.

Advertising and attribution data: install and campaign attribution, ad requests, impressions, clicks, reward completion, ad unit and network information, and impression-level advertising revenue.

Purchase information: when you make or restore an in-app purchase, Apple and StoreKit may provide the app with information such as the product identifier, transaction identifier, transaction date, price and currency, purchase or restoration status, and App Store receipt or signed transaction data. We use this information to complete the purchase, deliver or restore content, prevent duplicate fulfillment, and maintain the correct in-game entitlement or balance.

Consent information: whether a privacy message is required, your selections, and consent signals such as applicable IAB Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF) data may be stored on your device and made available to advertising and measurement providers.

Advertising Consent, App Tracking Transparency, and Your Choices

Where required for your region, AppLovin MAX starts a Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent message during initialization. The app waits for this flow to complete before enabling Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics collection, AppsFlyer and Meta attribution or app-event measurement, YHW/TID campaign reporting, Remote Config, and queued advertising. Depending on your choices and provider availability, advertising may be personalized or non-personalized/contextual. Withholding or withdrawing consent does not prevent you from playing the game.

UMP consent choices do not replace Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission. On supported Apple devices, the app may separately request ATT permission before accessing the IDFA for tracking or attribution. You may deny this request and continue playing. You can review or change the ATT choice in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

You can reopen the available consent form from Home > Settings > Privacy Choices to review or change your UMP selections. You can also limit personalized advertising through your Apple privacy settings. For access, deletion, or other privacy requests, contact us using the details below.

How Information Is Used

We and our service providers use this information to operate and save game progress, process and restore in-app purchases, provide purchased content, apply your privacy choices, analyze gameplay, improve features and stability, prevent abuse or purchase fraud, deliver and measure advertising and advertising revenue, attribute installs and campaigns, configure features remotely, and comply with legal obligations.

Third-Party and Campaign Reporting Services

The iOS build integrates or communicates with the following services. Third-party processing is governed by the applicable provider's terms and privacy policy:

Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, Installations, and related services): Firebase Privacy and Security

AppsFlyer (install and campaign attribution, in-app event measurement, and impression-level ad-revenue reporting): AppsFlyer Services Privacy Policy

Meta / Facebook SDK (app events, install attribution, and advertising measurement): Meta Privacy Policy

AppLovin MAX (advertising, mediation, and consent-flow orchestration): AppLovin Privacy Policy

Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) (consent messages, privacy choices, and consent signals, invoked through AppLovin MAX): Google Privacy Policy

Apple App Store and StoreKit (displaying products, processing payments, providing and validating transaction information, and restoring eligible purchases): App Store & Privacy

YHW / TID campaign reporting service (installation and device context, app-open, tutorial-completion, and advertising-value events used for campaign reporting): information is transmitted over HTTPS to app-yhw-tid.suanshubang.cc.

MAX mediation may route ad requests to integrated partners including Google AdMob, Unity Ads / ironSource, Liftoff Monetize (Vungle), and Mintegral. See the AppLovin MAX privacy guidance for information about mediated advertising partners.

The current build does not include social login, cloud save, developer-operated payment-card processing, contacts, photo-library, camera, or microphone features.

Sharing, Sale, and International Processing

We share identifiers, usage data, purchase event or transaction data, advertising and revenue data, diagnostics, and applicable consent signals with the providers and services above only as needed for purchase processing and fulfillment, analytics, diagnostics, install and campaign attribution, feature configuration, advertising, security, privacy-choice enforcement, and service operation. Apple processes App Store payments under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may define certain personalized-advertising disclosures as a “sale” or “sharing”; you may use the in-app privacy choices or contact us to exercise applicable rights.

These providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.

Data Security, Retention, and Deletion

Data sent to service providers is transmitted using encrypted connections such as HTTPS/TLS where supported. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above; each provider also applies its own retention policy.

Consent choices may remain stored on your device until you update them, uninstall the app, or the consent platform asks you again. Local gameplay and most app data are generally removed when you uninstall the app. App Store purchase and transaction records are maintained by Apple under its policies and may remain available to restore eligible purchases. The stable anonymous CUID used for attribution and campaign reporting is also stored in the iOS Keychain and may remain across an uninstall and reinstall. To request access or deletion of data associated with this or other SDK identifiers, contact us and include “privacy data request” plus any relevant app, transaction, or advertising identifier you can lawfully provide.

Children's Privacy

Jelly Drop Lab is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when the app, SDKs, advertising configuration, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest revision.
