Android Privacy Policy
No account is required to play. Game progress is stored locally, while Firebase, AppsFlyer, AppLovin MAX, and Google UMP may process app, device, analytics, attribution, advertising, and consent data as described below.
Effective date: July 17, 2026
You can play without signup. We do not require a name, email address, phone number, or login credentials.
Levels, coins, lives, tools, and settings are stored on your device.
Gameplay, install-attribution, campaign, and ad-revenue events help us improve and measure the app.
The current release may show interstitial and user-initiated rewarded ads. Where required, a consent message is shown before analytics and advertising initialization. Banner ads are currently disabled.
The game does not require account information. If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, device details, screenshots, or description of an issue.
App activity: app launches, sessions, tutorial progress, level starts and completions, feature interactions, and ad lifecycle events.
App and device information: app version, Android version, device model, language, country or region inferred from network information, and network state.
Diagnostics: SDK error, performance, and crash-related information may be processed to maintain app and advertising stability.
Identifiers: Firebase installation or app-instance identifiers, AppsFlyer ID, a stable anonymous in-app installation identifier used as the AppsFlyer customer user ID, AppLovin or other SDK-generated identifiers, Android App Set ID, and the Android Advertising ID where available.
Advertising and attribution data: install and campaign attribution, ad requests, impressions, clicks, reward completion, ad unit and network information, and impression-level advertising revenue.
Consent information: whether a privacy message is required, your selections, and consent signals such as applicable IAB Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF) data may be stored on your device and made available to advertising and measurement providers.
The current Android build does not request access to your contacts, photos, videos, microphone, camera, precise location, health data, calendar, payment information, or files.
We and our service providers use information to operate and save game progress, apply your privacy choices, analyze gameplay, attribute installs and campaigns, measure advertising revenue, improve features and stability, prevent abuse, deliver and measure advertising, configure features remotely, and comply with legal obligations.
The current Android build integrates the following services. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy policies:
Google Firebase (Analytics, Remote Config, Installations, and related services): Firebase Privacy and Security
AppsFlyer (install and campaign attribution, in-app event measurement, and impression-level ad-revenue reporting): AppsFlyer Services Privacy Policy
AppLovin MAX (advertising, mediation, and consent-flow orchestration): AppLovin Privacy Policy
Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) (consent messages, privacy choices, and consent signals, invoked through AppLovin MAX): Google Privacy Policy
Google Play services (including Advertising ID support where available): Google Privacy Policy
The current Android build does not integrate the Meta / Facebook SDK, Firebase Crashlytics, social login, cloud save, or payment SDKs.
Advertising is controlled by remote configuration. Interstitial ads may appear at configured progression checkpoints, and rewarded ads appear only after a player chooses a reward opportunity. Banner ads are currently disabled.
Where required for your region, AppLovin MAX starts a Google UMP consent message during initialization. The app waits for this flow to complete before enabling Firebase Analytics, starting AppsFlyer attribution and event measurement, or allowing queued ad requests to run. AppsFlyer is configured to receive applicable TCF consent data. Depending on your choices and provider availability, advertising may be personalized or non-personalized/contextual. Withholding or withdrawing consent does not prevent you from playing the game.
You can reopen the available consent form from Home > Settings > Privacy Choices to review or change your selections. You can also reset or delete your Advertising ID and manage ad privacy settings through Android or Google settings, where supported. For other privacy choices or deletion requests, contact us using the details below.
We share data and applicable consent signals with the providers above only as needed for analytics, install and campaign attribution, feature configuration, advertising and revenue measurement, security, privacy-choice enforcement, and service operation. We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may define certain personalized-advertising disclosures as a “sale” or “sharing”; you may use the in-app privacy choices or contact us to exercise applicable rights.
These providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.
Data sent to service providers is transmitted using encrypted connections such as HTTPS/TLS where supported. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above; each provider also applies its own retention policy.
Consent choices may remain stored on your device until you update them, clear the app's storage, or the consent platform asks you again. Local gameplay and consent data is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its storage. To request access or deletion of data associated with SDK identifiers, contact us and include “privacy data request” plus any relevant app or advertising identifier you can lawfully provide.
Jelly Drop Lab is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
We may update this policy when the app, SDKs, advertising configuration, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest revision.
