Hanabi iOS Terms

1. License

Hanabi is licensed, not sold. Subject to these terms and applicable Apple terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the iOS app for non-commercial entertainment on compatible Apple devices that you own or control.

2. App Store

Your download, installation, updates, and use of the App Store are also governed by Apple's applicable terms, including the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. If these terms conflict with mandatory Apple terms, the Apple terms apply to the extent required.

3. No Account and Local Saves

The current iOS version does not require an account. The nights you have cleared, hints, brooms, unlocked fireworks, tutorials, and settings are stored locally on your device. Local progress may be lost if you uninstall the app, reset or replace your device, or if local data becomes unavailable. Hanabi does not provide cloud save or cross-device restoration.

4. Current Features

Hanabi is a single-player 3D arrow puzzle game. Each night presents a cube of firework rockets that you launch one at a time in a solvable order. The game includes a sequence of nights, new level packs delivered from our servers, unlockable firework shapes, a fireworks album, landmark skylines and sky events, hints and brooms, local settings, and haptic feedback.

The game is free to play and supported by advertising. Interstitial ads may be shown between nights, banner ads may be shown while you play, and rewarded ads may be offered in exchange for in-game items such as hints or brooms. Watching a rewarded ad is your choice; ad availability depends on the ad networks and is not guaranteed, so a reward may be unavailable at any time. Level packs, unlock pacing, and ad settings are delivered from our servers and may change without an app update.

The current version does not include in-app purchases, notifications, account login, player-to-player communication, user-generated content, or cloud saves.

5. Virtual Items and Ads

Hints, brooms, unlocked fireworks, and other virtual items are earned in the game. They have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold, exchanged for real money, or transferred outside the game, and are licensed to you only for use within Hanabi. They are not personal property and may be adjusted when the game is updated or rebalanced.

Advertisements are provided by third-party ad networks. The advertiser, not us, is responsible for the content of an ad and any page or app it opens. Rewards for watching a rewarded ad are granted only when the ad network reports that the ad was completed.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• copy, modify, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app or its content;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• use bots, automation, modified clients, or unauthorized tools to manipulate progress, rewards, ads, or device saves;
• interfere with the app, platform services, advertising, security, or normal operation; or
• use Hanabi in a way that violates law, third-party rights, Apple policies, or these terms.

7. Third-Party Services

Platform features such as app distribution, email, and external web links are provided by Apple or other services you choose to use. The game also uses third-party components for advertising (AppLovin MAX and the advertising networks it mediates), for analytics, remote configuration, and level downloads (Google Firebase and Google Cloud Storage), and for install attribution (AppsFlyer and Meta App Events). The app asks for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before any of these services receive your advertising identifier (IDFA). 8. Privacy

Your use of Hanabi is also governed by the iOS Privacy Policy, which explains on-device saves, identifiers, advertising, analytics, remote configuration, install measurement, support email, retention, and privacy requests.

9. Intellectual Property

Hanabi, including its game design, software, text, artwork, levels, fireworks, audio, logos, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Landmarks shown in the game are depicted for decoration only and do not imply any endorsement. These terms do not transfer ownership of the app or its content to you.

10. Updates and Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features, nights, level packs, virtual items, or support for a device or iOS version. Updates may be required for continued use. We do not guarantee that every feature or level pack will always be available.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hanabi is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation, or that local progress will never be lost. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of Hanabi. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed in your jurisdiction and does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

13. Termination

Your license ends if you materially violate these terms. You may stop using Hanabi at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will continue to apply.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when the game, platform rules, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
