What to Include

Please include your app version, device model, operating-system version, the night number, and a short description of the issue. Screenshots or screen recordings help when a firework effect, a rocket that will not launch, the cube view, or a crash is involved.

Common Gameplay Questions

A rocket will not launch: another rocket is in its path. The game shows "Path blocked". Launch the rocket that is in the way first, or tap the bulb to light every rocket that can fly right now.

I cannot reach a rocket: drag to turn the cube and pinch to zoom. Rockets on the far faces become easy to tap once they face you.

I am completely stuck: tap the broom, then tap a lit rocket to sweep it away. You earn more hints and brooms as you play.

Taps do nothing: if the bulb or broom is highlighted, that tool is armed and waiting. Tap it again to put it away.

Sound or haptics are missing: check the music, sound, and haptic toggles in the game's settings, then check device volume, silent mode, and vibration settings.

Ads

Hanabi is free to play and supported by ads. Rewarded videos are optional and grant an in-game item such as a hint or broom when the video finishes; if none is available, try again later. Interstitial ads may appear between nights, and banners may appear while you play. The game has no in-app purchases. If an ad is inappropriate or broken, tell us the time, night number, and what it showed.

Privacy Policies

Hanabi stores your progress locally and does not require an account. The game is supported by ads and uses analytics, remote configuration, and install measurement, which are described in full, along with how to make a data request, in the iOS Privacy Policy and the Android Privacy Policy.
