No account required, and the app does not ask for a name, email address, phone number, or login credential.
Firebase Analytics, AppsFlyer, and Facebook App Events help us measure app quality, installs, sessions, and campaign performance.
AppLovin MAX may serve banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads through mediated advertising networks.
Sandpals does not require players to create an account. The current version does not ask for names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, photos, contacts, microphone access, camera access, or payment information.
Gameplay progress and preferences may be saved locally on your device so the game can remember your levels, coins, lives, helper inventory, sound settings, and similar in-game state.
Sandpals uses third-party SDKs that may collect app usage, diagnostics, device, installation, advertising, session, purchase-free gameplay event, and approximate region information. These services may use device identifiers, installation identifiers, advertising identifiers when available, IP address, app version, operating system, device model, language, time zone, and ad interaction information.
Sandpals uses Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Remote Config, Firebase Installations, Firebase Sessions, and Firebase A/B Testing. Firebase Analytics may collect events such as app opens, session duration, level start, level completion, level failure, restart, booster use, settings changes, ad impression events, and similar gameplay or interface interactions.
Firebase Crashlytics may collect crash stack traces, relevant application state, device and operating system information, and recent breadcrumb events before a crash. Firebase Remote Config may use device, app, installation, country, language, time zone, and configuration information to deliver app settings, including feature flags and ad configuration values.
We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, or other direct contact information through Firebase analytics events.
Sandpals uses AppsFlyer and Facebook App Events for attribution, marketing measurement, campaign performance analysis, fraud prevention, and app event reporting. These services may receive install, launch, session, gameplay, ad impression, device, network, and advertising identifier information when permitted by the device and applicable platform settings.
On iOS, Sandpals may request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you allow tracking, advertising identifiers such as IDFA may be used for attribution and ad measurement. If you decline, the app still works, but attribution and personalized measurement may be limited.
Sandpals uses AppLovin MAX to show in-app ads, including banner, interstitial, and rewarded ad formats. MAX may mediate ads from AppLovin, AdMob, Unity Ads, Liftoff/Vungle, ironSource, Mintegral, and other enabled advertising partners.
Advertising partners may collect or receive information such as IP address, device identifiers, advertising identifiers when available, coarse location or country derived from network information, app interactions, ad views, clicks, reward status, diagnostics, and fraud-prevention signals. Ad revenue and impression data may also be sent to analytics and attribution services so we can understand app performance.
Rewarded ads are optional. If you choose to watch a rewarded ad, the app uses the ad completion status to grant the in-game reward shown in the game.
The third-party services used by Sandpals have their own privacy practices. You can read more here: Firebase Privacy and Security, Google Analytics for Firebase data collection, AppsFlyer Services Privacy Policy, Meta App Events privacy guidance, AppLovin Privacy Policy, Google Mobile Ads SDK data disclosure, Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy, Liftoff Privacy Policy, ironSource Mobile Privacy Policy, and Mintegral Privacy Policy.
The current version does not include social login, cloud save, or payment SDKs. If those services are added later, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures should be updated before release.
Local gameplay data is used to provide app functionality, such as resuming progress, restoring game settings, displaying coin and life balances, granting helper rewards, and continuing unlocked levels.
Analytics, diagnostics, attribution, advertising, and configuration data is used to measure game balance, detect crashes, understand whether levels are too easy or too difficult, improve performance, deliver ads, grant rewarded-ad benefits, prevent fraud, measure campaign performance, test configuration changes, and prioritize bug fixes and product improvements.
We do not sell player personal information. Data is shared with the third-party service providers listed above because they provide analytics, diagnostics, attribution, advertising, fraud-prevention, and remote configuration services used by the app.
Advertising partners may use information to serve, measure, limit, personalize, or improve ads according to their own policies and your device privacy choices. You can control tracking permissions in iOS Settings and reset or limit advertising identifiers through device settings where available.
Local game data remains on your device until you delete the app, clear the app data, or the app overwrites it during normal gameplay. Deleting the app removes locally stored game progress according to your device operating system behavior.
Firebase, AppsFlyer, Facebook App Events, AppLovin MAX, and mediated advertising partners retain data according to their own retention settings, controls, and privacy policies. If you contact us with a privacy request, we will use the information you provide only to respond to that request and, where possible, help process access or deletion requests.
Sandpals is a general puzzle game and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. The current analytics and advertising setup is intended for product quality, gameplay improvement, attribution, fraud prevention, and ad-supported operation. If a future version adds features that collect additional personal information, this policy will be updated and appropriate consent flows will be added where required.
We may update this policy when the game changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact the developer through the Sandpals support page. If you voluntarily provide contact information when making a request, it will be used only to respond to that request.
